What will your job be about?
Genpact continuously hires German speakers in areas like:
Finance
Your job will involve invoice and payment processing, making sure that your customers’ clients make accurate payments and adhere their deadlines and agreed policies, reconciling the accounts of the vendors and reporting activities if needed. Accounting skills aren’t a must. These activities will require maintaining a constant relationship with the client’s business representatives. Your approach needs to be number-driven, as well as people-oriented.
IT Support
How about being the single point of contact in IT matters, for your client? Be it phone, chat, e-mail or ticketing platforms your support is highly valued and appreciated! You will provide support for user requests around hardware, software, network and service issues and you will coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff.
Procurement
This role is a key link between your clients and their providers, as you will oversee the process of supplies’ delivery. Deep understanding of your clients’ business, great negotiating skills and market awareness is required from you to become a trusted partner for our customers.
You will process & book the purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, materials catalogues, delivery notes, goods receipts and other procurement documents.
Customer service
Understanding your clients’ business is an integral part of your role.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Das Übersetzen von Dokumenten und Unterlagen, ins Rumänische und Deutsche

Auf dem Laufenden, mit nationalen bzw. internationalen Regelungen und Rechtsvorschriften, bleiben
Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen bzw. Versammlungen
Teilnahme an Kursen und Seminaren für die berufliche Weiterbildung
Das Erstellen und Prüfen von buchhalterischen Unterlagen der Abteilung
Das Durchführen von Dokumentablagen der zugehörigen Abteilung
Das Erstellen von Analysen und Präsentationen
Ihr Profil:
Erfahrung und/ oder Qualifikation Im Bereich Übersetzungen
Schnell in der Datenbearbeitung und Überarbeitung
Sie sind flexibel und belastbar und können gut mit Stress umgehen
Sie sind ein verantwortungsvoller und aktiver Mensch, mit Gespür für Details und einen Sinn für Kreativität
Sie haben organisatorische Fähigkeiten
Sie sind eine kommunikative und vertrauensvolle Person, die teamfähig ist
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Jura
Sie haben mindestens eine 1-2 jährige Berufserfahrung
Sie haben gute Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Programmen wie MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse

Perioada dvs. de formare
Pentru a putea acumula şi aprofunda cât mai multe cunoştinţe adecvate domeniului dvs. de activitate, Lidl vă oferă un program complex de formare care cuprinde atât aspecte teoretice, cât şi metode practice.
Responsabilităţi
Gestionarea stocurilor de legume şi fructe
Planificarea şi centralizarea comenzilor de legume şi fructe în vederea aprovizionării corecte cu marfa de la furnizori interni şi externi
Planificarea promoţiilor şi a necesarului de stoc pentru acestea
Întocmirea documentaţiei interne şi externe necesare în cadrul departamentului şi a rapoartelor specifice departamentului
Profilul dvs.
Studii superioare finalizate
Rezistenţă la stres şi aptitudini de organizare foarte bune
Experienţă şi / sau calificare în comerţul cu fructe şi legume (prezintă un avantaj)
Cunoaşterea legislaţiei în vigoare, în domeniul comerţului cu fructe şi legume
Abilităţi de negociator, profesionalism şi promptitudine
Capacitate de anticipare a tendinţelor în domeniu
Spirit de iniţiativă şi gândire analitică
Foarte bună capacitate de relaţionare şi comunicare
Cunoaşterea limbii germane este obligatorie / cunoaşterea limbii engleze reprezintă un avantaj
