– Employee data processing – Labor documents creation – Preparing specific addendums and work statements – Acts as first level of support for HR related matters |
– Processing invoices
– Updating accounting systems – Balance sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation processes |
– Logging customer request
– Identifying customer’ issues and following defined procedures to solve them – Documenting troubleshooting steps and customer information |
– Act as first point of escalation regarding financial claims
– Provide operational support on financial claims – Provide training and information on Operations processes and tools |
The ideal candidate:
– University education: finalized or in progress
– Fluency in German and English
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Problem solving and analytical skills
– Attention to details
– Team player
