Recruitment process

The main criteria for our company in Romania are:

• Foreign language skills (English and a second European language – fluent level)

• Previous work experience (customer service or tangential to the businesses outsourced)
• Previous extra-curricular experience (NGOs, Student Associations)

In addition to these basic requirements, it is, of course, always preferable though not compulsory to have a University degree or equivalent with good academic results and exposure to various business tools.
