Required profile:

English/French language (advanced written proficiency);
Social Media addicted (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, Pinterest)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret the social media environment
Customer oriented person
Quick learner
Team player but also independent
Motivated and dynamic
Multi tasking person (able to manage double chat session)
You will be responsible for maintaining our client’s presence on social media As a customer service specialist you will use your creativity to help generate brand awareness and promote customer service through the social media networks
